As part of the Housing Support Grant Programme, we are looking for feedback from individuals who may have accessed housing related support services over the previous year.
This survey will influence the workplan for Housing Support Grant and the Health, Social Care and Housing Strategic Partnership for the coming year. The survey will remain live until 2nd October 2023.
